The Operator Behind the Engine

I am a commercial operator with 21 years in healthcare, MedTech, pharma, and SaaS — 16 of those years on the commercial side, building revenue engines, opening global markets, and leading teams through the messy, unglamorous work of turning strategy into results.

I have sold directly into hospitals, GPOs, national pharmacy chains, and international distributors across 45+ global markets. I have built commercial functions from zero, replaced founder-led selling with repeatable systems, and closed enterprise agreements with Walgreens, CVS, McKesson, Cardinal Health, and AmerisourceBergen.

Today I run MediMavericks, a GTM and revenue strategy consultancy serving growth-stage healthcare and SaaS companies, and I am building DistribIQ, a distributor intelligence platform for the MedTech industry. My next chapter is a CRO or CEO seat where I can shape commercial strategy at the highest level.
